Weapon: A cane with burgundy, pink, and purple stripes, often referred to as "The  candy cane", Ospi twists the cane in the middle and it pushes up spike in the round top, and the can gets a foot longer. The cane without the sparks is a little less than a meter long.

Appearance: Ospi is 5ft 9inchs, he has grey/white hair that's slicked back vampire style, and has pale skin. Ospi always wears a mask and rarely takes it off, but he's actually handsome, he usually wears suits, his favorite being a redviolet suit with a navy blue and white inside, his voice is a mixture of calming and sweet towards children, but smooth and dangerous when he's irritated or trying to be menacing, and he always smells pleasantly sweet, like baked goods and candy, he also wears silk white gloves and a top hat that matches his suit. Ospi has vampire like teeth and sharp yellow eyes, but his eyes can't be seen through the dark holes of his white mask that always has a mischievous grin, but when he's being menacing his eyes glow dangerously from the dark slits.

Personality:Ospi is like a fun loving kid, he loves playing, eating sweets,  taking care of children,he loves to color, eat icecream and play with toys with little children, he has a calm friendly voice that draws little kids in but it intimidates adults or older kids, even though he acts nice and playful with little kids he's actual very sadistic and blood thirsty to anyone who upsets him, mostly adults, if children wont play with him willingly he'll sometimes just kidnap them and make them play children games, he sometimes does this to adults too, he often stalks the people he's interested in but can never actual be seen by them unless he wants to show himself, he also like to adopt children, even if they already have parents. He can normally control his emotions and can actually be charming and gentlemen like, but sometimes he can have unpredictable mood swings when things start to overwhelm him or upset him, sometimes when he's about to do something insane he'll laugh like a mad man or start singing a children's nursery rhyme is a very creepy way.

Likes: Children, playing, icecream, sweets, manners, suits, kittens, puppies, the smell of babies, tea, classical music.

Dislikes: Rudeness, vulgar language, impolite people, the academy, holy water, garlic.
History:Ospi used to be a regular, happy go luck young man, *except, You know, he was a vampire, but he never told the family he was a butler to*, who was the butler of a very wealthy family. His main job was to look after the little girl, who was always lonely due to her parents never really interacting with her. The little girl and Ospi used to play most of the day until evening, then Ospi would go back down to the small town he lived in and then play with the children there. Ospi loved the children, he believed they were the only rays of hope in a cruel adult filled world.

But one early morning, he'd come to his place of work early because his sensitivity to the sun, he heard the parents arguing in the next room, then he heard something that sounded like fighting, then everything got eerily silent. Ospi crept a peek through the door to see that the father had murdered the mother, and in a frantic attempt to hide the body he pushed the slain woman out the bedroom window, claiming he'd burry it in the morning. Ospi was usually a calm, but seeing the gruesome display plus the smell of blood made him bust into the room, angrily attacking the father, draining him of his blood.

Ospi stood there for a while looking down at the cruel man's dead body, not feeling and remorse, until he heard crying from under the bed. Ospi went over to see the little girl hiding there, she had hear and partially seen everything that happened, from her mother being killed, to her father being killed, she, sadly, didn't feel much towards her distant parents death, but she was sad that Now she was probably going to go to an orphanage, and she'd never see Ospi again, she'd develop a father-daughter relationship with him.

Ospi hugged her and told her she wasn't going to be alone. He told the girl how he could turn her into a vampire and they would be able to stay in the house together forever, the girl immediately agreed.

After being turned into a vampire the two spent three years in the giant mansion together, happily playing everyday. But soon the girl wanted more kids to play with her, but they were creeped out by her and always ran away, this made Ospi very angry that the children could be so heartless, and kidnapped the ones who refused to play, and forced them to play with the girl. Most were too afraid to leave while a small portion actually found it enjoyable to play with Ospi and the girl, and came back willingly.

But of course, the kidnappings attracted a group of meisters that were in the area, and one dreadful night when the girl was at the mansion playing, and Ospi was out feeding, the meisters snuck into the house and hunted the girl down, and since Ospi was out she had no real protection and was killed, being blamed for the kidnappings. Ospi came back to see the girl dead, this filled him with such sorrow and anger.

Ospi couldn't stay in that house without the girl, it brought back horrible memories, so he traveled around, befriending children where he went. But one day he came back to visit the village of his birth, and found out the orphanage was closing soon, and the children would most likely be sent elsewhere. This saddened Ospi, so he decided to sneak to the orphanage and "adopt" the children, taking them to the one place he knew he would be able to keep them all, the mansion.

Now with new children to take. Care of and play with, he felt better about staying in the house, and though not all the children decided to become vampires and left at adulthood, Ospi kept bringing in abandoned or orphaned children to this very day (the present).

Abilities:
Candy man: Ospi is able to give of a sweet aura/aroma, like a relaxing smell of a friendly neighborhood bakery, it can attacked people like flies to honey, the younger, sweeter, or the more the person loves sweets, the more attracted to the smell they are.


Mercy bite: Since Ospi isn't a bit fan of messy feeding, he can number the area that he's going to drink from with the touch of his hand, but the person can't be struggling or moving around wildly.


Predatory senses: He can smell blood like an animal would smell a scent, and he can see in the dark better than humans can.

Enhanced speed: being a vampire he'd be faster than the average human, he has "cat like reflexes", so if someone rushed at him and he was prepared for it and calm he'd probably be able to dodge, depending if the attack if a projectile or physical, for example, if he was taking a walk and someone came out and challenged him to a fight then rushed at him, since Ospi wasn't entirely surprise he'd most likely be able to dodge.

Strength: Ospi is capable of picking up two full grown adults (albeit with effort, and it would be him carrying one bridal style and one on his back, and it'll slow him down)

Bendy straw*lol*: Ospi is very flexible, this is more of an appearance thing, but yeah, just wanted to put that.


Fatherly bite: Ospi has the abillity to turn willing people into vampires. The way it would work is that he has to bite them twice, once will  give the person the ability to suck blood like a vampire, (they can still eat regular food, they could actually ignore this), but if they choose to drink blood, they'll get a taste for it, and a desire to become a full vampire. If they decide they want to become a full vampire, Ospi would have to bite them at night and they truly have to be willing, because if he tries it when they aren't willing it will work like soul rejection and it'll hurt him, the more unwilling they are the more it'll hurt. But if they actually want to become a full vampire, they'll get the senses and speed of a vampire, but they'll be his underling and will have a father-child mental connection with him.

Weaknesses:
Sun: Being in the Sun to long without skin protection can give him horrible sun burn.

Holy water: Ospi refrains from cursing, but this is the reaction he'd have if sprayed with holy water "SONOFA######bTHATFF###ICKINGBURNSLIKEACID!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
IT BURNS HIM LIKE ACID!! *Well, it doesn't make him melt, but it makes him feel that way, and it slows him down and dulls his senses after three minutes after being sprayed.

Garlic: he gets sick around garlic, but mostly because he's allergic.



Other: The mansion is in a secluded and forgotten area of the woods,  on the east coast.

1. Where is the house located exactly?*Please put in other*

2. How long is the cane without the spike?

3. Likes and dislikes are needed. I know it's in the personality a bit, but you are still missing that.

4. I don't think the soul eater universe has holy water, actually. .-. So, that can be removed.

They say it's holy water, but it is just plain water with different chemicals after all. So, I'mma say no.

And for the big thing, I just need a defined speed and strength on him. And then that should do it.

For speed can I put cat like reflexes? And where do I put for strength?
