Description:He wears Aeropostale riped jeans with a white t-shirt that he made, it say "its time for a beat down, kanij style" with a photo of kanji beating people up. In the winter he has on a long black jacket with the shield logo on the back of it, he also wear black sweatshirts and pants. And lastly in the spring and summer, he wears black jeans and a black and purple shirt that has the persona 4 logo.
His Hair is Part Black and Part Purple, and is so long that Matthew uses it to cover part of his eyes, he calls it the emo flap. His body is a slim so it is around 125 pounds as he is around 5'4. His eye color is blue but with a purple highlight.
Personality: is one cool kid to hang out with. When people see him he appears happy, but he has trouble talking and expressing himself because of his speech impediment. He is happy for his friends and his team members, and will always do what he can to help his friends, But if anyone wants to hurt his friends he will defend them with all he has. So in all Joey is a kid that try to express himself but if his friends are in danger he will step up and defend them.

History: Joey is allway pick on by his Brothers and Sisters of being Loney and having no one as a friends. He want to prove them wrong so he went to the Academy and his new life begin. In his young life he meet a young witch her name is Stacy. He meet her in the park, when he was by himself playing. She was Joey only friend during his times. Until she left. Joey was heart broking very badly about this. The reason why Stacy left Joey is, Stacy was a witch and her powers was beginning to developing. Stacy went to her grandmom place and learn from her. That broke poor Joey heart as his only friend left him and felt that she will never come back
Other:He is Somewhat loney but he is a nice guy and protect his friends like his own family.
