Appearance: Chloe has deep blonde hair and blue blind person eyes. She is quite small for her age and appears frail, but this is simply not the case. She is quite strong besides for her appearance and very fast due to her constant training. Chloe doesn't particularly care about appearances but will let her friends dress her in what they think looks good on her. Chloe can't really tell. Chloe usually wears a pink sleeveless blouse and a black miniskirt. She wears a religious necklace and a red bow in her hair. She normally wears her hair down due to her being unable to adequately style it. In combat she wears a blue outfit (see picture) and wields a long silver and red sword.
Personality: Chloe is very shy. Chloe spent her whole life being told she was weak and blind and HATES this. If you mention anything about her being unable she will hate you. Despite her timid nature she will always prove herself as an equal to anyone with sight. She has a very heavy french accent. Chloe doesn't really like talking to random individuals due to her shyness and blindness. She is however very compassionate and fun to be around to those who are her friends. She sees the world as large heist. She meets people in this void, steals things and protects the world others think is so beautiful. In combat she is very strategic. She always needed to be in her life. She senses around her then goes in fast as possible. She strikes as much as possible because each strike causes sound which helps her understand how her opponent moves and strikes. This allows her to get a great idea on the moves of her opponent and allows for quick and slick slashes at them.

Dislikes: Her father, being looked down on, Thievery, Bullies and Meanies
History: Chloe was born blind. Her parents were both thieves in France. For the first few years of her life they raised her in the ways of thievery, but by the time she was 5 she was on her own. She had to steal for years to survive. Due to her condition, the best way for her to steal was to act as the poor blind girl, which she hated. Despite this however she had to stay alive. When she found her skills as a meister she trained and trained till she could join the DWMA. After years she finally learned how to use her wavelength to temporarily "see" (She uses her wavelength as a sort of radar, explained in misc.)
Miscellaneous: In combat she is very strategic. She always needed to be in her life. She senses around her then goes in fast as possible. To do see temporarily she sends a wave of her wavelengths out of the bottom of her feet which she uses to see what's going on n the ground around her. This doesn't work on enemies in the air however.
