Weapon Form:
Kotori turns into a pink double-sided ax. As of now she can't use the blades, making her more of a blunt heart-topped staff. As she gains more control over her weapon form she'll be able to make the blades appear. When she finally learns to control her weapon form she can make the blades appear from any part of her body, but only two at a time.
After Kotori gains control of her first form, she may discover she has a second form. This form is a more battle oriented design, but requires more effort for Kotori to maintain. When she first takes this form, it will only have the small rear blade. More practice will grant her the larger blade and the ability to manifest the larger blade, the connection spanning from her wrist to her elbow. She can only do this with one arm at a time.

Appearance: Kotori is a young looking girl with pale skin. She has pink hair and pink eyes that reflect her soul. She usually wears her hair tied with a purple-pink ribbon on the left side. Her usual attire consists of a rather plain white dress that ends in deep purple ruffles. It has long sleeves. The dress has six black buttons on her chest and a lacy pink collar. She ties a ribbon around her neck most days. Her socks are also deep purple and come almost to her thighs. Her shoes are basic white flats.
Personality: Kotori loves people and often talks to strangers in a carefree manner. She's always happy and giggling no matter what chaos might be happening around her. She has an unbreakable spirit that always radiates joy. She usually isn't aware of danger, trusting almost anyone instantly. On top off all this, Kotori is oblivious to her surroundings and gets into trouble by accident. When it comes to fighting Kotori tries to be intimidating, often trying to scare the opponent. Though she is in no way hostile most of the time and often will try to play games with people.
Likes: Candy, Mean People, Anything Pink, Birds.
Dislikes: Sour Food, Mean People, Bugs.
History: Kotori was tossed into foster care not long after birth with a tag that said her name and her birthday. She grew up there for about a year before she was adopted by a man. She was raised by this man until she was around 8. He was a wealthy man who always bought Kotori many nice things and kept her well taken care of. She was treated like a princess, but as fate may have it Kotori was destined to be orphaned. The man went on a business trip and never returned. Kotori was shipped off to the DWMA to become a meister at age 9, before accidentally getting scared and taking her Weapon form without the blades on the plane. She was re-scheduled into weapon classes and can finally start training now at age 10.
