"Thanks.." Damien said cooly before turning in the direction of the library, it seemed he was about to leave but suddenly he turned back to Causper and looked her in the eyes, his ghostly blue eyes were stern and had a look that demanded truth "is there something about the library your not telling us? It seems your really tense and nervous just talking about it.." he said in a dangerously calm tone

Sares turned around and looked around as if to get her bearings... she watched Damien and Causper though.

Causper froze midstep and kept her eyes downcast. She didn't want to deal with this. They couldn't know... No one could know... They'd bring it to attention and her family would be persecuted.

"It's nothing you need to be concerned about. Now if you don't mind, i still have one last class to go to."

Damien, however, wouldn't let down "Causper.....tell the truth....." Damiem said calmly, walking closer

Sares watched from afar curiously, she sighed a bit thought not knowing if she should get Damien to leave her alone or just watch. She did however want to go to the library to get a book since she had time, so she also considered going to do that.

Causper raised her head and resumed walking. It was a painful subject he was asking her to talk about which made her want to leave even more.

"I'm not lying, i'm just not telling you a secret. There's no fault in that."

Damien narrowed his eyes, his curiosity had been sparked but he could be patient, he'd wait because now obviously wasn't a giod time "all right..." he murmured, his voice oozing with suspicion and interest

Sares sighed and felt a bit of pity for Causper knowing something was up but not being sure in the slightest other then it had to do with the library. She walked waited for Causper to leave, and smiled at her friendly as she did.
She was still thinking about what to do wit her time though, and was a bit unsure.

Causper walked forward through the hallways til she was out of sight of Damien, and then she started running. She ran as fast as she could til she found herself somehow on the very top of the roof. She collapsed there, sobs almost immediately overcoming her and removing her ability to think coherently.

Damien almost went after her but stopped and sighed, murmuring under his breath to his owl "go make sure she's ok...", the owl nodded and with silent wings he flew in the direction where Causper went

Damien looked over to Sares

Sares smiled slightly and straightened out her clothes.
She tried to make a bit of a conversation.
"Interesting, character that one is.... but don't you think you pressed for answers a bit too much sometimes?" She asked curiously.... since she saw it that Causper problem may be unhelpable by them.

Causper pressed her palms against her head, the heel digging into her temple. It hurt to think, to breathe, to see, everything hurt. She hardly noticed the owl that had followed her. The pain throbbed violently within her skull, bringing tears to her eyes.

"Zoey... Help... I can't... I can't do this"

Damien shrugged "I won't probe for anymore answers until I need to, but I'll leave her alone...." he looked around "so what now?"

The little owl landed near her and hooted curiously, he couldn't help but feel sorry for this girl, he gently nudged her leg

Sares shrugged not sure what to do. She then asked Damien. "Well....you have any classes for today you still have to go to?" Sares asked leaning on a wall... still wanting to go to the library sooner than later but also wanted to talk to someone since she they were both new here.

Causper ignored the owl. She couldn't see how paying attention to it would help in anyway at all. She wanted to die by this point. Her letter should have reached its destination. It was going to be a painful next few days. What if it was true? What if her family was murderers? What would she do then?

Damien shrugged "don't really know, I'm actually quite bored" he said with a yawn

The owl pouted then spread it's wings, a soft, cool breeze and a gentle violet colored light shines on Causper, a calming feeling should wash over Causper, if not calm her down a bit
