Target Info: T-Vo has the...odd ability to pull people into televisions. His first recorded sighting was when he dragged a group of businessmen into a television. Due to the small amount of people he has actually KILLED, he is considered fairly low priority. It has been noted that in the past few weeks, he has been stepping up his game, kidnapping more and more people


Target Abilities: T-Vo can drag people into a 'TV world', a pocket universe that is incredibly similar to that of real world television programs. He can also adjust how loud something is, by 'changing the volume', and has access to several 'ACME' items, such as an Acme Go-Kart, an Acme-Rifle, and many, many Acme Explosives. However, these devices almost always backfire on him, leaving him more likely to harm himself than others.
