appearance:  he has black/navy blue hair and stunning green eyes, he usually wears a tuxedo with a red cape. His build is a bit scrawny but he's stronger than he looks.his causal clothes is a navy blue sweater vest

personality: he is a perverted sadist that enjoys the suffering of his worst enemies, he is a flirt and manipulative when it comes to girls, he is very passionate about his work and hobbies, he is very compassionate to the ones he cares about and will protect them with his life

History: he was the son of a very rich man, they lived on the coast of a tropical beach, which made it hard for lance to make friends, his father was Sebastian Naifu, he was a famous magician warlock and wasn't at home much nor hung out with lance, though he never neglected to pester lance about becoming successful, lance was really lonely and his father was stressing him out, after years of his father's neglect lance got fed up and killed his father with his honed skills, since he was alone he had time to train and get stronger than his father,after he kkilled his father he went to death city, his father always told him to do anything to get anything he wanted, so lance started to become manipulative and sadistic, especially to women, after a while he met a girl and harassed her for months, after months tbe girl killed herself after giving birth to ivy, his daughter, lance taught her daughter how to be manipulative and sadistic like him, soon he formed a group called the night terrors, they go out at midnight and torture innocent people for fun, and lance loves his life now more than the lonely life in the past

Abilities ((abra, kadabra, alakazam))

Psycho cutter: he summons a small tornado of knifes and sends it towards hus target, the tornado is five feet tall (I'm not good with radius...)

Magic laser: he summons his magician wand and shoots a bright blue beam of light at his opponent that can burn like the sun

Knife master: he can summon random knives at will

Cape shield: his cloak can defend him from any gas or light related attacks, he has to hold the cap in front of his body to do so.

Looks like a pretty solid character. Couple things however. Your spells need a mantra first of all. Second you need to be a little more specific on some of the spells. Namely the Psycho cutter. Small tornado can be used HIGHLY subjectively. x3

Fix those and I'll be happy to approve. ^^

Well his theme is a knife wielding magician, so the psycho cutter and the knife master are the knife part, the cape shield and magic laser is the magician part
It's sort of based off how magicians some times uses those magic boxes to cut their assistant in half with a saw, only the knives represent the saw abd the magician part represent the magician magic~ :)

Indeed I do. A small tornado can be something that can rip a house apart, or a dust devil sort of thing. xP

Alright, the abilities look good, but you still need a mantra to use them.

Do you mean a specific theme? Because he's supposed to be a knife magician....so I'm not really sure what else to put, I mean, do you you suggestions? Tgat would really help

The mantra is what they say to activate the spell. Like medusa did. Some spells don't use mantra's, but hand-signs instead. Example(Medusa's Mantra): "Nake, Snake, Cobra, Cobabara". That sort of thing.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH...hmmm......I'll think of something

And the mantra is "abra, kadabra, alakazam".
