SPECIALS: Specials are your characters stats. They determine important information about your OC in this AU. You have 45 to give to each of your characters, and 50 if your OC is from the Districts 1, 2 or 4. We do ask that you keep each SPECIALS stat at or below a 10, thank you.

Your SPECIALS will be factored into the dice rolls, which are done by the Head gamekeeper. Head gamekeeper is determined before the start of the games, and he/she may not have a character in the games. If you have a Sponsor, he/she may
not sponsor one of your other characters. Gamekeepers are in control of the arena, and the Head Gamekeeper is in control of the other Gamekeepers, who must take direct orders from the Head Gamekeeper. A player may have 1 or more tributes, tributes and sponsors, sponsors, gamekeepers, or gamekeepers and sponsors, and no other combinations.
DA RULES:1. You may use all your OC’s, which makes this thread special. There is a max of 24 tributes in this game and 10 initial gamekeepers and sponsors.
2. No posting order, except in the beginning in which the order will be done by the list of participants. After that, post whenever your character is being interacted with. This is to make battle scenes fair.
3. You must post an app to put characters in the game.
4. No overly gory situations.
5. To make this fair, Weapons are weaker when in their human form, Meisters are stronger, Witches can’t cast fatal spells, Witches with animal forms that can fly can’t fly higher than 50 ft, and Monsters are strong, but slower than everybody else-the 50 ft rule applies to flying monsters as well. And, as always, there is absolutely no auto-dodge. The dice rolls decide who is hit and who isn’t. If you have a suggestion, please PM me
6. The weapons system will be different than the Hunger Games. Since most everyone already has a Weapon of their own, or is powerful without one, there won’t be many options for this. There may be the occasional Weapon hidden somewhere inside the Cornucopia, but other than that, there shouldn’t be. There will be more essentials to life than there will be Weapons, such as food and water.
7. NO POWER PLAY PERMITTED. Districts 1, 2, and 4 are known as career districts, meaning they are USUALLY the ones who win, and they each get 50 SPECIALS. That's all.
8. Unlike the Hunger Games, the gender difference does not have to be even.
9. Try not to get killed in the initial bloodbath!
10. Once all of your characters are dead, you become either a sponsor or a gamekeeper. You are the only ponies with power over the arena.
11. The Head Gamekeeper(s) will post situations. These are not turns, but are NPC actions or setting changes, such as: Fireballs shoot from the trees. These will be in italics. She/he will also post the outcomes of fights, to be determined by dice. The norm would be half-and half, but the situation can vary the odds of a death or dodge or wound.
12. Remember to form alliances. Being solitary has disadvantages, and these games work better when you are in groups. The Careers automatically have alliances with each other. Remember, though, that only one can win, so you will have to turn on your allies eventually.
13. NO DUAL SUICIDES!!!! We will not allow it! If you attempt suicide with another, we will kill one of you and make the other a winner. No repeats of Katniss and Peeta!!!!
14. Sponsors may only deliver medicine, food, armor, and weapons to their tributes. Remember, these gifts must become increasingly sparse as the games go on, as gifts become more expensive the more time goes by. The max per turn is one gift per sponsor. Prices will be posted each page. Each Sponsor starts with $10,000, and their money increases with days, but decreases with purchases. +$5,000 a day.
15. Health and Water deductions are taken every day until the finale. Every time a Gamekeeper makes the day change to night, a tribute loses 25 Food. Health deductions are shown after a Wound in a dice roll.
Foods:
Dried Apples: 20
Ripe Apple: 22 + 1 Water
Crackers: 10
Berries: 20+1 Water
Nightlock Berries: -100 Health
Sponsor Meal: 25 + 10 Health + Full Water
Wild Game: 23 + 5 Health
15. Post your health, food, and water status with every post you make.
16. Weapons and Meisters may join together and act as one Tribute. Be sure to check with your OC’s Meister/Weapon before putting them in the games! Weapons do have to eat and drink as well.
17. The arena shall be decided and described within the first post, which will be posted by Skyra
18. Please don't eat anyone's souls. These are collected by the capital for....reasons >.>
Cornucopia supply organization:The best supplies are nearer the cornucopia, and the farther packages are from the cornucopia the worse supplies they will contain. Water and food can only be found nearer the cornucopia, and is not available in any of the packages found near the outskirts of the area.
-Dice rolls for plants: Whenever characters eat berries or other plant-based foods. So, if someone were to find some sort of berry bush and eat one of the berries, there will be a dice roll that will determine whether the berries were healthy and edible, poisonous, deadly, etc.
To ensure you have read these rules, please put the word, "Mockingjay" at the top of your app.
EXAMPLES FOR POSTS:First Post EX:
Alexia knew what all these Tributes were thinking. They were going to win for their districts. No other tribute had a chance.
Well, she had something to fight for, too. Something she thought was better than pride. Alexia was fighting for her life. The others didn't think so, but they were too. Too focused on fame, you never see the big picture. But she had something else. She wasn’t just fighting for her life. No, she was fighting to survive, to go back home where her love, Hazel, awaited her return.
Fortunately, Alecia was good with weapons. Specifically, guns. Luckily she was from District One, so she had an alliance with the other Careers. She would get to the Cornucopia and hopefully find herself a gun, since she hadn’t been permitted to bring her own, as it wasn’t another Tribute.
Alexia smiled. She also had years of training at the DWMA. Sure, lots of the others could say the same, but she hadn’t had a partner, and she’d killed many-a Kishin Egg without the help of one. Nope, it was just her and her trusty gun.
