Sebastian Ferbrizio. The In human Witch? WIP

Appearance: He is around normal height, with black hair, youthful red eyes, and a lovely grin. He wears a hat which he changes a lot, and some form of outift to fit the theme. His normal outfit consists of a top hat, a military like outfit with... idk what the metal things are called. He always has a smile and cannot frown unless something VERY close to him is hurt.

Personality: He is the kind of guy who is always smiling, not only because he feels good, but he cann't frown. He is that creepy guy who smiles and laughs even when he is stabbed. He delights in most things people consider inhuman. If he was told to either kill a kid and stop a war in their time, or let the kid live and stay in another time, he would debate torture or just plain killing. Then go back to his time and help with the war. He loves all things even though he is creepy and evilish, and hates few things.

dislikes: not much.

History:Sebastian was born in New York City, to two, horrible people. They lived in a large, beautiful mansion, but were awful, snobby people. Sebastian was an only child, yet he was barely given any attention, except when they chastised him. His parents were rich, and they held all sorts of fanciful events. They were extremely classy, and Sebastian was always ordered to smile and be friendly, if he didn’t, he was punished. Normally, he was thrown in the cellar of the mansion for days on end, with nothing but his thoughts to keep him company. But sometimes, he was chastened in a physical manner, generally by the servants of the house since his parents couldn’t be bothered to do so themselves. The punishment he received most often was a horrible one at that. He was bound to an electric chair, shocked many-a-times with the sharp electricity.
And so he learned to never stop smiling, ever. He was forced into shmancy-pancy clothing, which always included a top hat, and had to attend all of these parties that his parents threw. They infuriated him, forced to talk and act like he was happy, when really all he wanted to do was crawl up in his room and cry. But he couldn’t. No, he had to converse with the upper classmen of New York, dress up in suits and dance with women in large ball gowns.
When he wasn’t socializing, he was told to stay in his room. He couldn’t leave unless he was called, so he stayed there, bored. Eventually, driven mad from switching back and forth from isolation to socialization, he killed his parents and ran from home, taking nothing but his top hat, a suit, and a never-ending smile to remember his childhood by.
The way he killed his parents wasn’t on purpose, however. No. It was purely by accident, granted, a happy one, but an accident yet. It was during a particular horribly dehumanizing speech his mother was giving him, with his dad standing by, that he became to enraged to fight it. He became a large beast, a dragon of legends, and murdered both his parents, ripped to shreds. This was his first experience with magic, and he ran from fear and exhilaration.
And so he found he was a Warlock. Filled with anger and hatred-wonder as well-he travelled about, coming upon various teachers and even colleges of enchantment. He decided to study the wondrous world of magic, and soon enrolled in a Mage college. There, he immersed himself in the study of golems and the ability to bind souls to objects. He spent many of his years there, before believing his time was spent and he’d learned all that he could. Now a hundred years old, he left to begin his own, solitude studies.

Spells:

Goelm Binding	he can bind souls to golems, think FMAB but instead of loosing a limb, he gives up the ability to you that limb, cannot be healed. The soul and the golem are the exchange, along with the ability  to use a limb. The souls is bound by a rune on any location of the golem, and if that is scratch slightly, the souls is released and cann't be resealed. Only 3 of these aloud at once. Dragon Strength	Has super dragon level strenth.	Dragon, dragon iron fist, dragon.
Dragon Breath	He can shoot fire in two ways. 1: stream, goes about ten feat, and is about 15 feet wide. 2. fireball: big ball of fire about the size of a wrecking ball, but a leetle bigger. goes about 30 feet.	Dragon, flame, dragon, steam/ball, dragon
dragon telepathy	he can pick up things and people with his mind, must get permission for a non npc.	dragon, dragon mind, dragon.
Dragon Beam	can rapidly shoot small beams of energy, like a Gatling Gun shooting needles.	Dragon, Dragon mind, energy, dragon.
Spikes	uses the environment around him and turns it into some spike. can be shot or just pop out of the ground.	Dragon, element, shape, dragon.
Dragon Flight	allows him to fly, though it looks more like floating.	dragon, flight, dragon.

Other: Has learned to make golems, then used a golem to kill the inhabitants. (not found guilty do to the fact they were plotting rebellion against the government.)

Choose a normal animal, that FMA immortal soldier won't fly. Please pick a normal real animal. Insect/arachnid, etc.

Increase your appreance, I need at least 5 times that. No 1 liners.

At 600 years you have far far more history than that. I need that Fixed. Give me at least quadruple that for that age. Logically the longer you live, the longer the history you have.

Flame Snap: Think of Roy's Alchemy.
Regeneration: can regenerate quickly, even limbs, though it still hurts, and cannot heal death.

Firstly, I have no idea of what your golem binding does, as I can't understand the wording. You can't just assume everyone has wanted full metal alchemist to know what Roy's abilities are.
As for regeneration, I am not sure on that.

Basically you need to stop basing all your powers on FMA, and nothing works by snap, you need to say a mantra, and this seems like you are trying to cheat your way out of it. I am not asying you are, but it feels like it.

in essence please use another "animal" a real one, and moost of your spells, esp body consumption, are just not going to work.

Firstly I am not sure if you can be a dragon witch as all SE witches had normal animals. Also, please add more descriptions to your spells. How far does the fire go?

Also, Here you need individual spells. There is a table and template for that section in the witches template topic. But for your convenience, I will put it here as well. Take note also that there are no real stereotypical dragon magic, it varies hugely. Also, you can't snap teleport, as I said before, because all spells are done from mantra here, excepting extreme circumstances.

Sorry I suck with coding and tables....except in microsoft word.... as far as the animal, we have a were-wolf on the show, and gods, so I was hoping I could put in a mythological animal do to the amount of mythology in the show. (one of the reasons I love it so much)
